• A Bar Manager to lead a busy premium cocktail venue
• To continually drive standards of drinks service forward
• A Bar Manager to take full bar responsibility with full menu autonomy

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
• Experience with creating exciting cocktail menus
• Experience with managing large teams is a must
• You with have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
