- Excellent customer service skills
- Bartending experience
- Excellent time management + prioritizing, ability to work under pressure
- Great attention to and love for detail, high standard of service + good eye for product display
- Creativity - cocktail menu development + knowledge of classics is preferable.

Salary: £8.50-£10.42 per hour
