We are currently looking for a friendly, motivated and professional individual to join our Training team on full time basis.

Responsibilities

• Delivering comprehensive training to our new technicians
• Upskilling our current employees with enhanced training
• Developing our Training Programme to consistently ensure it fits in line with our high standards and service expectations

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Beauty Trainer
• Someone who has high standards with meticulous attention to detail
• Adept at dealing with a fast paced, changing environment
• Can deliver on short and long term goals
• A confident communicator
