Momentum is the latest team from A&M Digital and Technology Services (DTS) and provides cutting-edge IT and digital services to our clients. Momentum will work on client site as the digital & technology delivery arm of A&M to provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. The Momentum team is composed of highly skilled technology professionals ranging from IT project manager to UX expert. We are looking for experienced Data Analytics Developers, Data Engineers and Data Architects to deliver large, complex client engagements. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an innovative team to apply state-of-the-art analytics to real world business challenges. Grades available include Senior Consultant / Consultant / Junior Consultant (based on experience).

The roles will be based in Dublin with hybrid working policies and there may be some ad-hoc requirements for client visits in the UK and continental Europe.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work on many exciting European and Global projects enabling our clients to positively change their businesses and enhance their performance. The successful candidates will:

• Develop rapid prototypes to illustrate clear data-driven business value
• Combine different tools and technologies to develop end to end analytical solutions that address our clients' business challenges
• Apply predictive analytics, statistical modelling and machine learning/deep learning techniques
• Stay up to date with developments in the field of Data Analytics, Cloud data analysis tools, RPA, NLP, Streaming data, AI and Machine Learning, data architecture and scripting/programming languages and low code tools
• Work as part of a diverse team within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

The successful candidate will be a problem solver, and a data expert with hands on experience of data analytics gained at a leading advisory, consulting or data analytics firm.

Additional requirements include:

• Strong academic record and certifications of data tools and particularly the Microsoft data toolset
• Experience in PowerBI or other data visualisation tools: e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire
• Experience in Relational Databases/SQL, including working with large datasets in Azure Data Factory / Azure Data Warehouse / Azure Synapse. Azure D900 certification or above
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both colleagues and clients
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Experience in delivering data projects across multiple business disciplines and business types
• Independent self-starter - A&M Momentum has a culture of problem solving, we expect team members to be highly comfortable working independently as well as part of a broader team
• Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills when working with both business and technical teams

Highly desirable:

• Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning and AI techniques
• Experience in Alteryx or other low code tools
• Experience with RPA, OCR and web scraping
• Experience with Machine Learning tools (e.g., Sagemaker, Azure Machine learning)
• Fast learner, eager to learn new technologies.
• Fluency in one or more European languages, in addition to English, is desirable although not essential
• Programming skills in at least one of the following languages: R, Python
• Irish or dual UK-EU country nationality (or work permit) allowing work both in the UK and EU
