Role Summary
The success of BIM and Digital implementation relies very much on people and technology but also the monitoring of output quality and compliance to a BIM Execution Plan and company procedures. To this end we regularly assess all of our projects for compliance. With the number of BIM and Digital projects ever increasing our Digital Team is seeking a highly motivated individual to help our delivery teams reach the high standards we expect.
As a member of the Digital Team, this role will provide essential Quality Assurance support to project teams delivering the Digital Strategy across our Construction projects. This is a highly rewarding role that places the successful candidate at the centre of our mature and ambitious Digital and MMC (Modern Methods of Construction) Strategies, at the forefront of BIM and Digital implementation.
The Primary role is to support the day to day implementation of our integrated BIM / Digital strategy from work winning, pre-construction all the way through to handover and soft landings across our construction projects of which the main sectors in which we work are Health, Education, Defence and Justice. The role will also include researching, testing and trialling the best digital solutions across the construction sector to help improve digital delivery and handover to ensure we stay ahead of the curve in digital innovation.
What you'll be doing:
The role is required to ensure that our various BIM / Digital projects achieve their BIM objectives and deadlines in line with the Tilbury Douglas Digital Strategy. Day-to-day work will involve interaction with internal Tilbury Douglas support functions, supply chain as well as the core project delivery team.
