Booking Agent

Are you a results-driven individual with experience in telesales? Are you skilled in making outbound calls to warm leads and converting them into bookings? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Booking Agent for a new photographic studio.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to take on the role of Booking Agent, responsible for generating sales through outbound calls to WARM LEADS and booking them into our studio for photography sessions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a confident and friendly demeanor, and a proven track record in telesales.

This is a freelance and part time role, with the potential to move to full time in the future. Lots of flexibility here.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads, following up on inquiries and leads generated through marketing efforts.
• Build rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide compelling sales pitches to book them into our studio.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, bookings, and client information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align sales efforts with promotions and campaigns, and provide feedback on lead quality and customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work freelance
• Must have telesales experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems and computer literate
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
