We are actively seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our stunning Botanica Restaurant which has pride of place within the Spa.

A hub for Spa members, Hotel guests, Spa Day visitors and others, Botanica is a busy, all day dining spot. From breakfast to brunch, lunch to dinner the restaurant is busy, and in the Summer months (April - Sept) we also have our Poolside food and drinks bar, Watershed.

As a Food and Beverage Assistant here you will be immersed in a true concept restaurant with a strong culture and ethos for well being and sustainability.

Main Responsibilities

Lots to do but lots of fun

As a Food and Beverage Assistant you will be responsible for Mise-en-Place ensuring that restaurant has sufficient quantities of cutlery and crockery for service and making sure the restaurant is prepared to entertain our guests. During the course of service you will support and assist the restaurant team with the delivery of food from the kitchen to the appropriate section.

• A passion for pleasing to ensure our guests has a happy experience.
• Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Assistant / Waiter ideally gained in a similar environment.
• An interest, and appreciation of food & wine
• Confident communicator – important to liaise with your guests and your other team members.
