Store Manager - Bottesford village store

Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark on our well-loved community Store.
Some of your key tasks will include:
· Increasing sales performance through great service and excellent product availability.
· Ensuring expenditure budgets are controlled and losses are controlled.
· Create a store environment that is recognised in the community as best in class retail experience, whilst coaching and mentoring your team to meet high standards.
· Enthusiasm for delivering an excellent community retail service, with a commitment to high safety and compliance standards.
· Be passionate about sourcing and selling locally produced products.
