What's the role about
Paysend is hiring a Brand Visual Designer that will be responsible for planning, creation, and design editing skills and, as part of the Marketing Team, for the visual identity and visual content creation.
What you'll be doing
As the Visual Designer works with cross-functional teams you will need to:
- Take ideas from concept to execution, working with project managers, design teams, agencies, and content experts.
- Interprets the team's briefs into a design that will deliver an effective user experience.
- With a focus on motion and videography, you will assist the Marketing Team in developing and producing a wide range of resources, including printed material, digital graphics, social media, PPC and motion design, to promote the Paysend brand.
- You'll influence how we develop our visual communications and lead Paysend's visual identity.
What you'll need to be successful in the role
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or Graphic Communications
- Experience: 2-3 Years - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite (mainly After Effects) and Figma.
- Experience working collaboratively with marketers and copywriters to develop campaigns, this means running workshops, managing deadlines and creating briefs.
- Basic knowledge of social media's best practices for content including creating strong call-to-actions, headlines, and smart ways to engage with users on social media.
- Strong understanding of all the moving parts of an effective online marketing campaign
