The Role

As ‘Breakfast chef’ you’ll be behind the scenes delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team. You’ll have high standards when it comes to the preparation, cooking and presentation of food as well as maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards.

You will be responsible for managing a very busy breakfast service, accommodating approximately 320 covers on very busy weekends along with mid volume during midweek business.

You will help to drive the kitchen team in ensuring that the product and service provided to our guests is of the highest standard, offering flair and wit that reflects the Crowne Plaza brand standards.

You’ll take ownership and pride in your work and support the Head Chef in delivering an excellent experience to our guests.
