Our Strategic Commercial Transformation programme called BluePrint seeks Business Analysts to join our exciting project on a 12-month fixed term contract. BluePrint is built upon the foundation of transformational changes to the Commercial Operating Model that will deliver the planned GWP, Loss Ratio and Expense Ratio benefits committed to in our strategic business plan. These changes will be delivered through a combination of process, people, organisation, and technology change that will come together to embody the new operating model. Delivery will be structured into releases formed of a number of SCRUMS and focusing on delivering a new way of working for the AXA Commercial Business. The Business Analyst will work for a Scrum Master and Product Owner to translate the vision and delivery components into detailed user stories that are clearly traceable to the key changes for the BluePrint programme. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, such as part-time or condensed hours, which you can discuss with the Talent Acquisition Team.
