Business Analyst

Position:

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the link between Shared Services and our business objectives by supporting the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and positioning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Define specifications and business analysis requirements
• Link key insights and findings to the key stakeholders
• Perform quality assurance
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Design, document and maintain system processes
• Develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance projects
• Establish ways to improve monitoring, discover problems and deliver better value to stakeholders
  

Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst is essential
• A degree in IT / Computer Science / similar relevant degree
• Proven experience in producing requirements and testing
• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques
• SQL queries ideally
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
