Business Analyst Manager

Our client is an industry leading prime supplier to the Defence and National Security industries! They are looking for a variety of DV Cleared Business Analysts to fill 12 month inside IR35 contract roles!

You will be working with project teams and advising on suitable methodologies. You will communicate with national security clients to gather requirements and work with these requirements to enhance project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Our client is looking for Business Analysts of all levels. Rate bandings are as followed:

• Business Analyst: £54 - £70 per hour
• Senior Business Analyst: £70 - £81 per hour
• Principle Business Analyst: £81 - £108 per hour

• Use suitable tools and techniques to analyse processes and operations.
• Gather input on your analysis using workshops and articulate methodologies & approaches.
• Communicate improvements in accordance with client requirements through the facilitation of workshops.
• Analyse and provide solutions for baseline business performance and problems to present back to clients.
• Create project summary reports for clients to aid and help deliver change implementation.
• Advise stakeholders on transformation, strategy, business design, and change management.
• Gather business requirements and ensure full traceability from Front Door Request to delivery.
• Ensure delivery to agreed time scales and standards.
• Contribute to lessons learned and process improvements.

• Previous experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Ability to define and manage requirements.
• Process modelling (Visio) and Atlassian Suite (Confluence and JIRA).
• Business change knowledge and the ability to prepare business areas for change.
• Reporting and documentation skills.
• Experience in waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience in facilitating workshops with wide range of stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of LEAN or Six Sigma is desirable.
