Title: Business Analyst - R&D Chemicals

No of years’ experience: We are looking at candidates preferably with at least 5+ years of experience (decreased from 8 years).
Detailed job description:

Mandatory Skills:
· Post graduate degree or equivalent either in Agri-chemicals or in Pharma
· 5+ years of experience in Agrochemicals R&D/Pharma domain with respect to AI screening, formulations, lab automation, lab testing, and process improvements
· 3+ years of business analysis experience with respect to IT implementation
· Drive client assignments, typically large transformational IT programs, as an individual contributor and/or as a lead consultant
· Partner with business product owner(s), customer IT team, and Infosys stakeholders to develop deep understanding of existing processes for further transformation and automation
· Steer discovery workshops to thresh out business requirements and elaborate functional specifications of an IT solution
· Write user stories in BDD & TDD (behavior driven development / Test driven development) formats
· Support product owner(s) in the management of their work stream backlog and the prioritization of stories and subtasks
· Groom stories, in the backlog, to ensure that they are prepared to meet the ‘definition of ready

• Work with Agile scrum team to refine product backlog and plan product sprint
• Carry out testing and assist business users with UAT (user acceptance testing)
• Collaborate with other units within Infosys to lead client pursuits/discussions from functional viewpoint
• Drive thought leadership by contributing PoVs, whitepapers, market trends etc.
• Experience in working in a global environment with multiple locations

Good to Have Skills:

• Good interpersonal, leadership and communication skill (written and verbal)
• Demonstrate ability to clearly articulate ideas and present strategies at all organization levels
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Demonstrated passion for user experience and value generation
• Agile delivery and steady state operations mindset (DevOps, SAFe, SRE)

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: £350.00-£450.00 per day
