Business Development Executive - Agriculture

The Opportunity: Our client seeks an on-farm Dairy Sales Consultant who has a real passion for dairy farming with a good social or professional network. This is an interesting position, focusing on a consultative and results-based sales approach. You will be responsible for inspiring, supporting, and guiding farmer-customers whilst providing excellent customer service to existing and prospective customers.

Skills Required:

Essential

• Passionate about making a difference in the dairy industry
• Dairy farming experience
• Proven ability to build long-term relationships
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A desire to be out and about on farms every day
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good IT skills
• Full UK driving licence

Desired

• Previous sales experience
• Educated to HND/Degree level in Agriculture, Animal Science or equivalent
