We now have an exciting opportunity to join the Commercial team as a Business Development Manager on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the growth of new clients of Total People, which includes developing new client relationships, growing existing relationships with clients and partners and leading on their initial experience of Total People. You will also gather intelligence on customer needs to share with other senior managers to continually improve Total Peoples product offering.
To do this you will need to be driven, organised and dedicated to managing a busy and demanding workload, as well as have a genuine passion for the world of education and putting the learner experience at the heart of everything you do.

Due to the nature of the business, you will be required to have both a flexible and adaptable approach.
This role provides the flexibility to work remotely, and we will provide you with all of the equipment and support to help you do this. You will also have the opportunity to work from one of our sites across the Northwest and Greater Manchester and from time to time you will also be required to attend business in various locations nationwide.
