St. Austell Family Group are recruiting for an exciting opportunity within our Estates team. Due to internal promotions we are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to manage the growth of an exciting area within our Tenanted Estate and drive further development. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team working in some of the best locations and venues in the South West.
What it’s like to be a Business Development Manager
Your role as a Business Development Manager will be to lead and inspire an area of the St Austell Family Group leased and tenanted pubs. You will help to deliver the leased and tenanted business plan which will include the achievement of targets relating to area profitability, sales growth, credit control and capital investment.

The successful candidate for this role would ideally have previous multi-site management experience and understand the accountability and management of P&L.
