This is an exciting opportunity for a CAD Technician in the South Wales area to join our busy, friendly and growing design team. You will have around 2 years minimum experience. This role also offers

company progression and CAD Vendor training so is a great place to expand on your current knowledge and skills.

Key Duties:

• Produce Architectural and Building Services drawings
• Complete electronic project timesheets
• Continue to develop your knowledge on all engineering disciplines including, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing
• To attend client sites when required, to carry out basic buildings surveys for projects to enable the production of CAD drawings or plans. This could require the use of your vehicle and overnight stays (for which you will be reimbursed)
• To communicate with customers in a courteous, friendly and articulate manner
• To adhere at all times to current company CAD standards and working practices and to have a thorough knowledge of and compliance with the OCS Staff Handbook

What we are looking for:

• 2 years’ experience in the same role
• Experience using AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Technical and admin skills
• Building Services knowledge
