Coffee Shop Manager - Ballyhackamore, Belfast.

Key Tasks

As a senior manager, the Coffee Shop Manager will be ultimately responsible for the control of resources to ensure the efficient running of the coffee shop by leading, directing, developing and motivating the team to achieve consistently high standards of customer service and to ensure all administration procedures are correctly carried out.

Manage and lead a team of staff to ensure:

• Outstanding customer service
• Exceptional gelato and coffee quality
• Increased sales in gelato, food and drink
• Excellent hygiene standards
• Excellent health and safety standards
• Return trade/customer loyalty

Manage the coffee shop's operations:

• Using sales’ data to forecast, adjust and improve product sales
• Manage staff rotas across all sites
• Hiring and training of new & seasonal staff
• Manage all orders and stock
• Cash management
• Site-based marketing
• Overall site and staff management

Reporting

As coffee shop manager this job reports to the and Directors of AL Gelato.

The job has all the shop staff reporting to you and is based out of our Upper Newtownards Road store.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
