Cafe Team Member

We are Flip Out UK! We are the UKs biggest and best adventure park group! We are now looking for fast-paced, charismatic, outstanding Cafe Team Members to join our team.

Job Purpose

As a Cafe Team Member, you will be working in our Diner preparing and serving food & beverages to our guests. Reporting to the F&B Manager, your typical daily duties will include the following:

• Food preparation for guests - we have a variety of treats for our guests from crisps to pizzas.

• Making and serving drinks - we have a wide range of drinks from slushies to hot chocolates!

• Providing excellent customer service to every guest

• Keeping high food safety standards

• Maintaining high cleanliness standards

• Maintaining all health & safety within the diner

• Carrying out Opening and Closing procedures

• Assisting with restocking and stock rotation

• This role is all about personality and the right attitude, where you know nothing else other than making all our guests feel welcomed and cared for at all times!

Experience / Qualifications

• Ideally 2 years experience working in a food and beverage capacity

• Level 2 or 3 Food Safety (would be a huge plus but not essential)

• Customer service experience

Working Conditions

We are looking for part-time and full-time team members to join us on a zero hour contract covering weekdays and weekends.

Rates of Pay & Benefits

16-17 year olds - £4.81 per hour

18-20 year olds - £6.83 per hour

21-22 year olds - £9.18 per hour

23 year olds + - £9.50 per hour
