Call Centre Agent

National Windscreens - One of the UK's leading providers of vehicle glass repair and replacement services is successfully expanding and is looking to recruit experienced part time Call Centre operators based in Peterborough.

The successful candidates should ideally have a vibrant personality, have some previous experience working within a busy inbound call centre environment and be used to dealing with a high volume of incoming calls while still maintaining a high level of customer service throughout. Background, skills and experience required.

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent listening skills
• Ability to accurately collect and record data
• Excellent attention to detail
• PC literate
• You would be required to work flexible shift patterns which include weekends and bank holidays.

Full training will be given - you must be able to travel to attend initial training, accommodation and travel allowance will be paid.

Pay : Starting at National Minimum Wage

Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
