We are currently recruiting for a Call Centre Agent to join a specialist team representing a huge household name. You will be joining a vibrant and lively team speaking to customers regarding their current account. This is a great call to make- you will be having conversations with customers around how you can.

The role will involve:

• Listening to customers wants and needs
• Offering additional products and services that would suit the customer
• Build a bespoke package for the customer
• Have great product knowledge
• Provide excellent customer service

Hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm

Salary: £21,673 rising to £23,000

Bonus (Uncapped)- Based on the current teams earnings:

• Average: £400 - £500
• Top Earners - £700 - £800
