The Job

Your focus will be delivering front-line service, issuing Parking Charge Notices to vehicles that are not adhering to on-site rules within this large retail park. You will be patrolling 1600 car park spaces in an outdoor environment.

We will train you on the site rules and the equipment used.

Experience in a similar role is desirable however not essential as we provide training, guidance and support every step of the way. If you are good at liaising with the public, have worked to targets, have been doing security or patrol work and can stay calm when needed, then this could be for you.

We encourage a positive and collaborative environment where people engage with one another regularly. You will be supported by our Team Leaders and Managers.

Induction and training are provided, including H&S and conflict resolution training. You will receive a uniform and the equipment required to do your job.

You must be available for 40 hours a week, Monday - Sunday.

The Shifts

Shift times are 10am - 6pm, working 5 days a week. Weekends availability is required as this is a busy time.

The Pay

The salary is: £22,672 per annum.

Location
This is a static role based at a shopping centre in Coventry, CV6. There is parking available and it is on a bus route.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently support visa applications this role is only open to current residents of the UK who have permanent residence and/or the Right To Work.
