Role Requirements

• Main dealership experience within a similar role
  
• Experience of managing a sales team's daily activity of prospecting and follow up to ensure targets are achieved
  
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent customer service skills
  
• A team player driven to lead team success
  
• Excellent attention to detail and strong administration skills
  
• Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
