An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Assistant to join our amazing team at Bentley House Care Centre near Atherstone, Warwickshire, at our beautiful care home set in the stunning countryside.

Job Details

• Shifts: Day 7am to 7pm, or 7am to 3pm, or 1pm to 9pm
• Based on a two week rolling rota

Essential Requirements:

• No previous experience as a Care Assistant is required - a full induction and training is given
• A caring, compassionate and kind nature is a must
• You must strongly identify with our three core values of Trust, Initiative and Responsibility
• You must have very good communication skills, and be a great team player
• You must have the right to work in the UK

Due to the nature of the role, this position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Job Type: contracted part time or full time hours available

Salary: Starting at £10.50 per hour, with enhancements for NVQ qualified staff
