Care Assistant

Martlet Manor are looking for Care Assistants to join their friendly team!

We are currently offering full or part time contracts working day shifts and in return for your hard work, we pay £11.50 per hour (from 1st April) plus amazing benefits and a £1000 joining bonus.

Location: Haywards Heath, RH16 4DA

Shift patterns: 8am - 8pm

What you’ll be doing:

• Helping residents to remain as active and independent as possible
• Respecting residents’ rights of choice, privacy and dignity
• Support residents with personal care and mealtimes.
• Working as part of a team to identify residents’ unique goals and implement personalised care plans.
• Working flexibly to help residents explore new interests, engage in physical activities, and make sure they enjoy themselves in a stimulating and homely environment.

Our purpose-built Haywards Health care home opened in October 2021 and provides an extensive range of care for older people in luxurious surroundings.

Martlet Manor has its own café, hair and beauty salon, cinema and lovely gardens. There are beautiful lounges to relax in, dining rooms with kitchenettes where the residents make their own drinks and snacks, and every bedroom is individually decorated, fully furnished and has its own ensuite wet room.
