Our rates are above industry average and start from £13PH once you pass probation. You will get paid for gaps and travel time, you will get a mileage supplement of 50p per mile, you will receive an allowance for summer and winter shopping (leggins, shorts, etc), have free MOT once you pass probation, and receive as much training as you need - all funded. If you want to progress in your career, we can support that too! We currently fund carers doing their Level 2 and Level 3 NVQs!
