Nunthorpe Oaks Residential Care Home, 114 Guisborough Road, Nunthorpe, Middlesbrough, Cleveland

£10.84 per hour

45 hours per week

Where you’ll work

Nunthorpe Oaks is located near the village of Nunthorpe, Middlesbrough. Our dedicated team provide a range of care and support including residential and respite care for up to 54 residents. Nunthorpe Oaks overlooks the beautiful garden which is complete with raised flower beds and a vegetable patch for our residents who like to do a spot of light gardening. We offer a hairdressing salon where residents are able to enjoy being pampered with manicures and hand massages. We also have regular activities to include our baking club, flower arranging and arts and crafts.

What skills do I need?

• Team work! A happy team, makes for happy residents and a happy home
• Experience is not essential, as we will support you with all the training and support you’ll need to do the job, what is important is that you are caring, enthusiastic and have energy to share
• Being able to communicate well is essential along with a flexible approach
• You’ll also be kind and have a real genuine like for older people and their needs, ensuring we treat everyone with the respect and dignity they deserve.
