Care Assistant Nights – Full Time and Part Time Available.

Unfortunately we can only consider UK-based citizens at this time and we are not able to offer sponsorship.

We can not accept Tier 4 Students due to 20 hour work limit.

Pay Rates - £11.50 per hour

plus £2 per hour overtime enhancement and £1 per hour weekend enhancement

What you’ll be doing:

• Helping residents to remain as active and independent as possible
• Respecting residents’ rights of choice, privacy and dignity
• Support residents with personal care and mealtimes.
• Working as part of a team to identify residents’ unique goals and implement personalised care plans.
• Working flexibly to help residents explore new interests, engage in physical activities, and make sure they enjoy themselves in a stimulating and homely environment.

Our purpose-built Haywards Health care home opened in October 2021 and provides an extensive range of care for older people in luxurious surroundings.

Martlet Manor has its own café, hair and beauty salon, cinema and lovely gardens. There are beautiful lounges to relax in, dining rooms with kitchenettes where the residents make their own drinks and snacks, and every bedroom is individually decorated, fully furnished and has its own ensuite wet room.
