Care Assistant (Nights)

Marchmont Care Home is looking to appoint a Care Assistant. (Nightshift)

Situated in the leafy residential area of Port Glasgow, we provide residential and nursing care for up to 51 residents.

As Care Assistant your main responsibility will be to provide personal care for each resident, attending to their needs by recognising and facilitating the personal requirements of each resident.

Care Assistant Contract

• £11 per hour

• Contracted to 33 hours per week

• Pension

• 5.6 weeks annual leave

• Paid PVG

• Onsite parking

For our Care Assistants to provide a high standard of care to our residents, we expect the following skills / experience / interests

• SVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care

• At least 6 months experience working as a Care Assistant OR/

• Interested in working with the elderly, should you not have previous experience in this field, with transferable skills.
