We are currently recruiting a compassionate and reliable Elderly Care Worker to join our team and provide high-quality care to tour clients in their own homes. As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will be responsible for travelling to clients' homes and providing a range of care and support services, including personal care, medication management, assistance with daily tasks and light housekeeping.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different clients and environments.
Responsibilities:
·Travel to clients' homes within a designated area to provide care and support services
·Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
·Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication administration
·Assist clients with daily tasks, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
·Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and team members to ensure the highest level of care and support
·Attend training and development sessions as required
Requirements:
·Previous experience as a care worker or in a related field
·Ability to pass a background check
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·Flexibility and adaptability
·Compassion and commitment to providing high-quality care
