Care Assistant – Waverley Court Portishead

About The Role

Nobilis Care are recruiting for Care Assistants to join our Waverley Court Team based in Portishead. We are looking for kind, compassionate people to join our wonderful team and make a difference in the local community by providing care and support to those in need.

About The Role

Full and Part time contracts

Morning Shift: 7am - 3pm

Evening Shift: 3pm - 10pm

These shifts may change to support the business and your flexibility

What is required

• Empathy and compassion are essential, as well as dedication and reliability

• Be willing to learn new skills

• Promoting independence for our clients

• Providing emotional and physical support to clients

• Supporting with medication and meal preparation

• Providing personal care and support to our service users

You don’t need experience. If you are kind, caring and reliable we can teach you the rest. We can also support you to get your NVQ Level 2, 3, 4 or 5 in Adult Health and Social Care.

• Fully paid training and DBS check

• Paid Induction, training and shadowing shifts

• Ongoing support from your central branch

• Free Uniform and PPE

• pay rates From £11.30ph weekdays, £12.30 weekends, £22.60 bank holidays

• Paid annual Leave

• Proud to Care Bonus (2 weeks extra pay a year)

• £200 for completing induction training

• £500 for completing probation period
