Care Support Workers Required – Immediate Start - £9.50ph-£13.00ph.

We are a family run franchise which provides care to clients in their own home, in and around Leicester and Leicestershire.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Care Support Worker, you will visit the homes of vulnerable adults and children to provide a range of services which enable them to live independently.

You will find that no two days are the same, but one thing for sure is that you'll get to know your clients, their likes and dislikes, and by working with them you'll be helping them stay safely in their own home.

Here are some of the things you might support with:

• Assisting with personal care and dressing
• Cooking and serving nutritious meals
• Helping prepare and administer medication
• Social support and companionship
• Support with shopping & attending appointments
• Chatting to customers and keeping them company
• Light housework such as the occasional wash
• Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full

Requirements of Care Support Worker:

The main thing we want is for you to have a friendly & caring attitude. If you have got that, then regardless of experience, you'll be a great carer!

We work in the community, so you will need to drive and have access to a car

• £9.50 - £11.00 an hour
• £13.00 per hour on Bank Holidays
• Full training and Induction. Paid after 3 months of continuous service
