Hourly Rate: £12.15 per hour

Hours per week: Part-time (15 - 20 Hours per week)

Right at Home Ealing, Hounslow, Hammersmith & Fulham supports vulnerable adults in the local community who need care and support in their own homes. We can offer you full training and flexible hours to work around your availability to make sure that those who need help will get it. We have visits to Clients from 6 AM to 9 PM 7 days a week, so if you can spare a few hours, please get in touch today.

We are looking for Care Assistants who are flexible and reliable to help us provide the highest level of outstanding care for our Clients during this testing time.

• Increased Pay for additional care calls in emergencies. £1 extra per hour for up to 10 hours per week and £2 extra for 11+ hours per week.

Duties will include:

• Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
• Personal care
• Administering medication
• Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
• Shopping
• Housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Taking Clients for appointments or outings

Requirements of a Care Assistant:

• Have a right to work in the UK.
• Have a genuine passion to help others
• Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude.
• Driving licence and access to a car is desirable.

If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer or Health Care Assistant we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply, for example: retail, hospitality, hairdressers/beauticians, COVID testers and cleaners.
