Job Title: Care Worker

Reports to: Registered Manager

Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of service users. Be responsible for promoting and for informing Management of any changes in the needs of Service users.
• To contribute to the efficient running of the service including developing effective working relationships with other employees within the Company.
• Attend Statutory training and any other training as directed by Management

Location: Gravesend, Dartford and surrounding areas.

Working Hours: 5 days over 7-day period, with varying shift patterns as agreed with
the Manager.39hrs/week
