Carer (Days)

Location: New Addington, Croydon

Job type: Part-time - Monday to Friday - 1 hour a day

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to a young woman with mental health challenges at her homes. This includes helping with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, accompaying to doctor appointments and medication reminders. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and a passion for providing excellent care to those in need.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support to client.
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Monitor and record client's physical and emotional condition.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and other activities.
• Provide medication reminders and assistance with self-administered medications.
• Assist with meal preparation and clean up.

Must have a clean updated DBS (please do not apply if you do not have one)
