Caretaker

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Caretaker. The role holder will work as part of a small friendly team, our Caretakers provide a range of customer facing facilities services such as controlling access to the site and ensuring key fire, health and safety regulations are observed and met. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe and welcoming service to all campus users

To succeed in this position, you will need:

• Good working knowledge of safe working practices
• Good IT literacy
• Good communication skills
• Previous experience working in an environment where high standards of cleanliness and safety were required.

This position will be on an alternating shift pattern including some weekend working. This job is suitable for job sharing.
