Night Caretaker/Handyman

Are you an experienced Caretaker with experience of working night shifts and used to caring for the maintenance of a building? Have you worked in a factory environment setting? If the answer is yes then we’d love to hear from you.

Shift Times

The shift times are all 12 hours overnight 19:00 to 07:00

You’d be working a 4-on 4-off pattern which would require you to work some weekends.

This gives an average of 42.5 hours a week. Extra hours are available to cover colleagues

Pay Details.

The pays rate is £11.50 per hour

Based on a 42.5 hour week this gives an average pay of £488.75 per week, which is the equivalent of approximately £2,125 per month or £25,500 per annum.

Factory is located in Queensway Rochdale.

The Role

Working as a caretaker/Handyman in factory responsible for the following activities

• Lock/unlock of areas within the Factory.

• Empty all bins on the factory shop floor.

• Replenish toilet rolls and hand towels in the factory area.

• Painting, especially floor painting and line markings

• Sweeping under machinery

• Emptying bins and assisting with recycling
