Casual Bar Attendant

Bar team member!

The ideal candidate will preferably have previous food and beverage experience, excellent customer care and social skills, be able to work using their own initiative and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team.

You’ll be passionate about providing excellent customer service for our guests. From serving our guests drinks & to serving food, you'll be an all-rounder, happy to help and working across all areas. You'll be great at communication, have loads of team spirit and the drive to learn and develop in the role as you go.

Relevant experience may be helpful but if not then don't worry as full training will be given.

• Able to work in all areas of food and beverage including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service.
• Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service
• Prepare set ups for tables
• Follow cash handling procedures
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
• Ensure compliance of brand standards
• Strive to achieve departmental targets
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Comply with local licensing laws
• Be environmentally aware
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Salary: Up to £10.51 per hour
