Casual Shop Assistant

The Queen's Club have a rare opportunity for a Casual Shop Assistant to join our team in our Club Shop specialising in racket sport clothing and equipment.

Whilst previous sports retail experience would be an advantage it is not essential.

Main Responsibilities:

• To present and promote merchandise to Members, Guests and other visitors.
• To process sales through our point of sale system.
• Organise merchandise and display units.
• Re-stock as necessary.
• Assist Members in selecting merchandise and providing advice including rackets and shoes.
• Be able to describe merchandise and locate items on the shelves

The Queen's Club offers a generous hourly rate of £13.39 per hour.

You will have a focus on customer service and have a strong attention to detail, a passion for retail, assisting the manager in making their vision become a reality. Our team is responsible for providing a highly enjoyable experience for our members, their Guests and other visitors.
