We are currently recruiting for a Catering Assistant to be a part of our integral team at Vimy Barracks in Catterick, North Yorkshire.

What you’ll be doing

Required to be flexible according to business requirements. The daily focus may vary, however it is expected that activities will typically include the following:

• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Client focus – providing excellent customer service at all times
• Take bookings and payments
• Clean back of house and front of house service areas to support delivery of services
• Preparation of any other public facing areas as required including set up for hospitality events
• Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.

Experience

• Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential as on the job training will be provided
• A DBS check is required to complete the application.
• Subject to Military security vetting
