CCTV Control Room Operator (Due to Continued Expansion)

PSM provide a bespoke monitoring service and we are looking for a Control Room Operator to join our amazing team as we continue to expand to meet the ever increasing business demands.

We deliver an extremely high standard of service and require a candidate who has strong observation, communication and computer skills as well as having a confident and professional telephone manner.

Key Details:

• Full Time, Permanent (average 35 hours a week with frequent opportunity for overtime)
• Shift Pattern to include nights, afternoons and days with no 12 hour shifts
• £11.55 per hour increasing to £11.80 after 12 weeks
• Weekly Shift Allowance

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for monitoring and responding to CCTV alarm events from residential and commercial properties. Liaise with the police, keyholder, end users and any relevant authorities.

• Deal with incoming and outgoing telephone calls including general alarm queries, customer requests and criminal incidents.
• Deal with relevant incoming emails.
• Ensure all relevant and important information is logged.
• Build up knowledge of each customer and develop relationships.
• Report faults and challenges to keyholders in line with protocols.
• Perform daily checks and administration duties to ensure the continued smooth running of the control room.
• Manage and complete the objectives set by Management effectively and within timescale.
