As we continue to grow we are recruiting for House Managers to join WatchHouse. With multiple existing locations in the Central London area, this patch will continue to expand in the coming months with new locations opening.
We are looking for an engaging House Manager to head up this dynamic environment, which focuses on our industry leading WatchHouse coffee & food, whilst offering a memorable customer experience. We are looking for experienced managers from either a specialty coffee background or high volume, premium hospitality.

A hands-on inspiring leader with an eye for detail, a love of great food and coffee, with a commitment to delivering unrivalled customer experience.
An autonomous manager who takes full ownership for their cafe and their team.
A natural leader. The House Manager leads the team in the efficient running of the coffee bar both front and back of house in order to achieve operational excellence.
A passion for the development and training of people in order to build and develop a highly skilled and high-achieving team that can cope with the pressures and demands of a high volume site.
This is a full time role contracted to 40 hours per week working 5 days out of 7 and weekend work is epxected. All management roles at WatchHouse have access to TRONC.
