Job Title: Chef De Partie - 2 Rosettes

Location: Near Sunderland, North East

Pay: Up to £28,000 Plus Tronc

Contract: Permanent – Full Time

The Dining Room, serves dishes inspired by the rugged North Sea and glorious Durham countryside. Our pan-Asian restaurant, Ozone, is where you can sample warming curries, vibrant stir-fries, and tempting tapas selections in a truly theatrical setting

Experience:

• Must have a previous 2 Rosette Experience

• Be able to comfortably manage a section

• Be organized, methodical and work tidy

• Prepping and cooking to the companies standards

• be able to do an accurate mise en place list

• HACCAP knowledge

• Strong understanding of food hygiene practices, stock rotation and labeling

• Allergen knowledge

• Reporting ingredients that need ordering to the Head Chef

Successful candidates will have experience working in similar role, as part of the selection process, Interviews will be held at the company’s unit.

Working hours/Shift Pattern:

• 48 hours contracted

• Straight Shifts 10 - 12 hours - 4 days a week - off Monday and Tuesday and one other day in the week.
