Are you currently working as a Chef de Partie but getting tired of the long hours, late night and early starts. I am currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our dedicated team at our client’s site in Aberdeen. You will be joining a great team and will be working in a highly desirable location.

The ingredients for success

The role is varied, but your main responsibilities will be breakfast and lunch with some catering for meeting rooms. This role is Monday to Friday, no weekends, no sill late nights. You will be full time permanent, and you will be contracted to 40 hours per week. Your working hours will be between 0630 and 1500 – allowing you to have a great work / life balance!

What you’ll be doing

• To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to standard
• Your niche will be pastry and we expect your strengths to be in this area
• Working on breakfast and lunch services
• You will be working in a open facing food service area
• Deliver first class food throughout service

Qualifications and experience needed

• Relevant culinary qualification
• 1-2 years’ experience in a Professional kitchen.
• Culinary NVQ
• Experience in industrial catering.
• A passion for food and service
• Flexible approach to hours and duties

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
