Putting locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, growing our own with our local allotment and polly tunnel and smoking our meat at the core of everything we do. Our simple yet beautifully crafted menus change regularly to reflect the wealth of fantastic fresh produce found in Dorset. Responsibilities:

We are looking for an expeienced Chef de partie to work a 4 day week!!!

• Have expert knife skills.
• Manage your section in the kitchen.
• Manage a complex menu.
• Taste food from the line and identify those that need re-cooking or re-seasoning.
• Clean, store and organize large amounts of equipment.
• Work fast and be consistent.
• Adapt to changing schedules, tastes and menu items to ensure smooth operations.
• Bring new ideas to the table.
• Help with allotment (N.A)
• Be punctual and passionate about what you do.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
