We are looking for a passionate, friendly and hard-working childcare practitioner to join our nursery team based at Chestnut Nursery School Arden House, IG11 8SY.

The Role

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, following a shift pattern. Arden House is open between the hours of 7.45am-6pm

Requirements

The successful applicant will need to have…

• Great understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework (EYFS)
• Strong passion for a child-centred approach to play and learning
• Experience
• Level 3 qualified
• Prepared to have lots of fun in the work place (and out at company events)
• Work well within a team
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Excellent organisation skills and time-management

• Building relationships with key children and their families
• Provide a stimulating learning environment
• Record and promote development
• Ensuring the well-being and safety of the children
• Support daily routines
• Follow policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality
• Safeguard the children from harm

Salary: £21,840.00 per year
