As the City Manager you will be responsible and accountable for our 3 amazing properties within the city of Leeds. With both a strategic and operational focus, the City Manager will lead and mentor the members of our accommodation-based teams. The ideal candidate will be commercially aware and able to successfully deliver all of our in-house functions, ideally from a PBSA/Hotel background.

Reporting to our Regional Operations Manager, the key responsibilities of this role are:

• Use your positive, outgoing personality to lead, mentor and guide the team to ensure that the residence is running smoothly.
• Managing the site service charge budget, with a focus on achieving value for money
• Maintain and develop relationships with all University partners and relevant local stakeholders and suppliers
• Ensure a smooth operation of the student cycle, including site show arounds, check in/out, summer turnarounds and rent collections.
• Providing the best possible service to all customers, including students, staff, Resident Student Wardens, and visitors
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies statutory requirements
• Ensuring The Mansion Groups exceptionally high standards are reflected in the overall presentation of the property, managed through regular inspections, and working closely with your facilities teams.
• Ensuring excellent communication pathways between other Mansion Group sites and Head Office.
