Claims Partner (Remote)

We are looking for Claims Partners to join our team!

Full time - Monday to Friday - 37.5 hour week + Saturday mornings on rota system.

Homeworking / Remote

Working as part of a friendly team, you will need to be driven, motivated and organised with excellent communication skills.

This position will be responsible for providing award winning customer service to our property insurance policy holders. You will responsible for day to day claims management and general customer focus. Using great communication, both verbally and written, you will be able to communicate to customers and peers from all levels and all walks of life. Working together as part of a team, you will focus on common goals, being supportive and proactive at all times.

You will need to have the following experience:

• Computer literate (ideally in Microsoft Office)
• Can work with colleagues in a team based environment to support the activities of the business
• Able to start and complete activities when expected
• Listen to the views of others
• Can evaluate facts and recommend decisions
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to understand business performance measures
• Flexibility
• Articulate knowledge of excellent customer service handling
• Knowledge and understanding of insurance claims is beneficial but not essential
• Household claims experience desirable
• CII FIT preferable
