Job Description

Driver Hire Teesside are currently seeking Class 2 / HGV2 drivers for a variety of our clients in the Teesside area.

Some of the roles available are, deliveries and/or collections, which can involve Multidrop or site-to-site. Can include deliveries to commercial and/or residential properties.

Positions are for ADHOC and holiday cover

Opportunities for immediate starts following successful registration and interview.

Rate of pay is £12.22 for day shift.

We work with a variety of clients, including but not limited to:

Plumbing distributors

Timber merchants

Builders merchants

Tippers

Cash and Carries

Pallet networks

And more!

The ideal candidate:

A valid CPC & Digi Card

We ask that applicants have no more than 6 points on your licence (DD, DR, or IN endorsements are not accepted due to insurance stipulations).

Previous commercial driving experience would be advantageous.

Manual handling of items at delivery points can be involved, so we ask that candidates are comfortable with some lifting.
